Privacy Policy

CHECK is operated by TotisWare AB. This notice describes data used by CHECK. When you use CHECK on a retailer website, the retailer also handles information under its own privacy notice.

Photos and previews. We send uploaded photos to our servers and image-processing services to create, assess and refine try-on previews and fit guidance. Processing can include temporary copies of your photo. Generated previews may also be stored to deliver the result, including before you choose to save it. Some generated image links are publicly accessible to anyone who obtains the link.

Fit information. We process the height, weight, measurements and fit preferences you provide, as well as estimated body measurements and proportions derived from photos. These can be stored with a browser or session identifier and used to make and evaluate size recommendations. This includes exact values, not only grouped ranges. Choosing to remember a fit profile allows it to remain available across visits.

Storage and deletion. Our input-photo processing cache is configured to expire after 15 minutes. Some sizing records have a 24-hour reuse window, while remembered profiles have no automatic expiry. A reuse window does not mean the underlying stored record has been erased. Generated images, saved results, account records and service logs can remain longer. Deleting a saved entry or clearing browser storage does not necessarily remove every stored or cached copy. Contact us to request access or deletion.

Accounts and saved content. Some try-on flows allow guest use. If you create an account, provide contact details, or save a result, we also process the account, contact and saved-content information needed for those features. Community submissions and shared looks can be displayed publicly. Only submit images you have the right to share.

Usage and technical data. We collect product interactions, page views, session and browser identifiers, IP addresses and technical information to understand usage, diagnose problems and operate the service. Fit outcomes can include recommendations and cart interactions. Random identifiers can link activity across visits; these records are not necessarily anonymous. Some fit-outcome records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. This does not apply to every analytics or operational record.

Service providers. We use hosting, database, image-processing and analytics providers. They receive the information needed for those functions, which can include photos, generated images, sizing information and technical identifiers. Storage and retention differ between services; we do not promise that every processing partner immediately discards data. Contact us for information about the services involved in your request.

Cookies and browser storage. CHECK uses cookies, local storage and session storage for identifiers, photos, fit preferences and feature state. Some values persist across browser sessions. Your browser lets you clear this local data; doing so does not itself delete data held by CHECK or its service providers.

Your requests. You can contact us about accessing, correcting or deleting your personal data, restricting or objecting to processing, and other applicable data-protection rights. We may need information to verify your request and locate the relevant records. You can also raise a concern with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
